Beth has over 12 years of IT staffing industry experience. She has worked with both the delivery and onboarding of candidates with many large consulting companies throughout her career. She has also held a Top Secret Clearance and was the Assistant Facility Security Officer for one of her past employers. Prior to joining The Crevalle Group, Beth worked at eCommQuest and B2B Workforce. Beth holds a B.A. from Florida State University.

She has over a decade of staffing experience, including five years exclusively focused on Salesforce talent. Caitlin joined TCG from Healthcare IT Leaders, where she was a consultant advisor. Before that, she worked in physician recruitment at Vista Staffing and Hayman Daugherty. She holds a BS from DeVry University.
